Fall Fair 2025: Promotion limit up to 100%

To organize this event well, the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to implement the direction in Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg dated September 25, 2025 of the Prime Minister on organizing the Autumn Fair in 2025 and official dispatches of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the City People's Committee on coordination and participation in organizing the Vietnam National Industrial, Trade and Consumer Goods Fair (VIEE) 2025.

The Department of Industry and Trade informs related businesses, production and business establishments in the city about the organization of the fair to know and participate; guides, encourages and motivates businesses participating in the 2025 Autumn Fair to develop plans to implement promotional activities with a limit of up to 100% to contribute to stimulating consumption, increasing trade, developing the domestic market and ensuring the success of the fair.

The Department of Culture and Sports shall preside over and proactively coordinate with relevant units to implement the direction in Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg of the Prime Minister on widely communicating so that the people of the Capital know about and visit the above fair.

The Department of Construction shall preside over and proactively coordinate with relevant units to implement the direction of the Prime Minister, the Government Office , and the Ministry of Industry and Trade on arranging and strengthening public transport routes to serve the transportation and pick-up of visitors to the fair and study and consider free use of public transport for people during the fair; urgently study and expand sections and traffic routes connecting to the Vietnam Exhibition Center.

Departments and branches: Agriculture and Environment, Health, City Police and Dong Anh Commune People's Committee, based on assigned functions and tasks, coordinate with relevant units, direct functional forces to proactively provide support in environmental sanitation, health, security and order, fire prevention and fighting, etc.

The 2025 Autumn Fair is scheduled to take place from October 20 to November 5 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center to promote domestic market development, stimulate consumption, connect supply and demand, connect supply chains, and contribute to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025.
