Prime Minister requests support for businesses to overcome difficulties

Considering the report of the Private Economic Development Research Board under the Administrative Procedure Reform Advisory Council (Board IV), in Official Dispatch No. 9575/VPCP-DMDN dated December 7, 2023, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh commented as follows:

Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities, according to their functions and tasks, actively and proactively deploy short-term, medium-term and long-term solutions to remove difficulties and support businesses to maintain, restore and develop production and business in the coming time.

In particular, it is necessary to strictly follow the Government's direction in Resolution No. 45/2023/NQ-CP dated March 31, 2023, Resolution No. 58/2023/NQ-CP dated April 21, 2023, Resolution No. 105/2023/NQ-CP dated July 15, 2023, Resolution No. 86/2022/NQ-CP dated July 11, 2022.

The Prime Minister requested the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to study the proposal of Committee IV in Report No. 17/Committee IV dated November 1, 2023 regarding the management and use of trade union funds to find appropriate solutions. In case of arising content beyond the authority, it shall be reported to the competent authority for consideration and decision.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is assigned to study and consider the recommendations of Committee IV in Report No. 17/Committee IV dated November 1, 2023 mentioned above on the Government's early issuance of a Decree on green classification, green credit/green finance, and report to the Prime Minister in December 2023.

Relevant ministries and branches shall study, review and handle the recommendations of Committee IV, according to their functions, tasks, authority and legal regulations, and send the handling results to Committee IV for synthesis before December 30, 2023.
