Japanese authorities warn of 3m high tsunami

After a magnitude 7.4 earthquake shook the main island of Honshu on the Noto Peninsula in Ishikawa Prefecture, the national meteorological agency issued a tsunami warning of up to 3 meters high along the Japanese coast.
