The police worked with the car owner and learned that the car had a flat tire so he called a mechanic to remove the tire and fix it. His wife, not knowing that the tire had been stolen, reported it to the neighborhood leader and the police.
Mr. NTL, a neighbor, heard the neighborhood leader ask "do you know who removed the wheel?" He said he saw a stranger come and remove the wheel; checking the camera also showed the same image.
With only the above information, Mr. L. posted a clip online with baseless comments about the theft.
Immediately after discovering the truth, Mr. L. removed the above clip. The police are proposing to handle Mr. L. according to the law.
