VFF President works with FIFA for the future of Vietnamese football

At the reception, Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan - President of Vietnam Football Federation thanked the FIFA delegation for coming and supporting the organization of a meaningful training program for school football in Vietnam.

Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan emphasized that football in particular and sports in general have a great influence on society, so the VFF hopes to continue to receive support from FIFA to be able to develop sustainable football, from school football to professional football.

In response, Ms. Fatimata Sow Sidibe - Director of FIFA School Football Program thanked VFF for creating the best conditions for the working group to be able to convey useful content to students at the FIFA School Football Training Program.

Ms. Fatimata also shared that with the support of relevant organizations and member federations, FIFA hopes to continue expanding school football activities, providing basic and essential knowledge for teachers and students, aiming to create an equal and good environment for children.

The FIFA School Football Working Group, consisting of experts in football, nutrition, health and child protection, spent nearly three days working with officials, teachers and physical education instructors at schools under the Department of Education and Training in the Northern region.

With theoretical and practical experiences, students were imparted basic knowledge, creating a foundation for football development in local schools.
