Final round of the contest 'Talented Students'

On the evening of June 3, at Yersin University in Da Lat, the final round of the "Talented - Elegant Students" contest in Lam Dong province, school year 2022 - 2023 took place. The male and female pair of students from Tay Son Secondary and High School (Da Lat) and a female student from Yersin University in Da Lat won first prize.

Two students Nguyen Nguyen Phi Phung - Nguyen Khanh Trinh (Tay Son Secondary - High School, Da Lat City) won first prize in the contest.

In the preliminary round held on May 21, the jury selected 27 best contestants to compete in the final round, including 7 female singles contestants and 10 mixed doubles contestants.

Men's and women's casual wear competition

In the preliminary round, the contestants competed in two categories: school uniform and talent. For the final round, the contestants competed in four categories: school uniform, self-selected outfit, talent and behavior. Based on the behavior, the organizing committee selected the best contestants to award prizes.

Costume competition of female contestants

As a result, the first prize in the mixed doubles went to two students Nguyen Nguyen Phi Phung - Nguyen Khanh Trinh (Tay Son Secondary - High School, Da Lat City) who received a crown, a medal, a certificate of merit, a prize worth 10 million VND, a 50% scholarship for the entire course tuition, and free dormitory fees at the Da Lat City student dormitory. The total prize value is 140 million VND.

Talented mixed doubles

The first prize in the women's singles went to Pham Thanh Tuyen (Yersin University, Da Lat), who was awarded a crown, medal, certificate of merit, a prize of 5 million VND, a 50% scholarship for the entire course tuition, and free dormitory accommodation at the Da Lat City student dormitory. The total prize value is 70 million VND.

Pham Thanh Tuyen (Yersin University, Dalat) won first prize in women's singles.

The second prize for mixed doubles went to Le Quoc Khiem - Duong Thi Thanh Thao (Yersin University, Da Lat) with a total prize value of 100 million VND. The second prize for women's singles went to student Tran Hong Nhung (Yersin University, Da Lat) with a total prize value of 50 million VND. In addition, the organizing committee also awarded 2 third prizes and 3 consolation prizes along with 1 voting prize for women's singles and mixed doubles.

On this occasion, the organizing committee awarded 15 "Yersin University - Nurturing Knowledge" scholarships to students with difficult circumstances who strive to excel in their studies and training, each scholarship worth 2 million VND.

Awarding scholarships to students

The contest "Talented and Elegant Students" is organized to enhance aesthetic education , moral education, and manners for students; contribute to building a civilized environment in schools and in society; create a healthy and useful playground for students of Lam Dong province.
