Speaking at the program, Lieutenant General Nguyen Anh Tuan, Political Commissar of the Border Guard Command, shared that over the years, the Border Guard has always paid attention to coordinating, consolidating the political system, and developing the socio-economy of border and island communes.

Tonight's program "Border - Full Moon Festival Night" is one of the creative and practical activities to continue taking care of people in the border and island areas, especially caring for the Mid-Autumn Festival for children, the future generation of the country.
Sharing the damage and loss caused by the recent storm No. 10 when many schools were damaged, many books and school supplies of children were flooded and swept away, comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan hopes that families will overcome difficulties, take good care of their children's learning conditions; students will continue to strive, practice, study well, practice well, become good children, good students, good children of Uncle Ho.
He believes that the program "Border - Full Moon Festival" in Truong Ha commune will contribute to spreading love to children in all border and island areas of the Fatherland.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded 3,440 Mid-Autumn gifts and 512 scholarships to children in Cao Bang province. Moved to participate in the program and receive meaningful gifts, Be Thu Huyen, a student of Pac Bo Primary - Secondary School, Truong Ha commune, thanked the delegates and the Organizing Committee for their affection and attention to children in the border area.
