Therefore, to be ready for response work, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property, Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee has directed to focus on responding to the storm and post-storm circulation.

Regularly monitor closely the direction of movement and impact of the storm; direct the Provincial Civil Defense Command to regularly inspect, direct, and urge the work of prevention, response, and recovery, ensuring timely implementation of effective prevention and response measures before, during, and after the storm and its circulation.

There must be a plan for flood discharge. Before releasing flood water, it is necessary to promptly notify the authorities and people according to regulations to proactively respond and evacuate people and property.
