Before the "Full Moon Festival" art program, all delegates, leaders, parents and children observed a minute of silence for the victims of the recent mini apartment fire in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi .

Speaking at the program, Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha sent her best wishes to the children of the "Full Moon Festival" for a happy and safe Mid-Autumn Festival, and a warm Mid-Autumn Festival with their families and loved ones. The Deputy Minister praised the children of the Ministry's staff for their efforts and achievements in the past school year and hoped that they would always obey their parents and teachers, study hard, practice well, and make progress in the new school year.
