On July 13, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Children's Fund ( Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs ) organized a "Happy Trip" for children in special and difficult circumstances across the country.

The program was attended by the leaders of the Vietnam Children's Fund (VCF), members of the VCF's Sponsoring Council, Meritorious Artist Xuan Bac - Goodwill Ambassador of the VCF, representatives of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Education and Training and children from 8 provinces (Hoa Binh, Bac Kan, Dak Lak, Quang Tri, Binh Thuan, Ben Tre, Bac Lieu, Dong Thap).

This was a very meaningful trip for the children because for the first time they got to fly and go to a big city, to interact, meet and interact with the Board of Trustees, the leaders of the BTTEVN Fund, the BTTEVN Fund's goodwill ambassador, artist Xuan Bac; to be exposed to the working environment in a business, and at the same time experience the Japanese instant noodle production process.

“Happy Trip” is one of the activities of the “Happy Noodle Package” Project in 2023. The program also has artistic activities with performances prepared and performed by the children themselves as a thank you for the companionship of businesses in the “Happy Noodle Package” Project along with gifts, scholarships, spiritual encouragement and happiness that the program has brought to the children.

At the program, the leaders of BTTEVN Fund hope that "Happy Trip" will be expanded to bring more joy and happiness to children.

“While the country is still poor and the state budget for children in special and difficult circumstances is limited, the Vietnam Children's Fund, with its motto of action 'Dedication - Transparency - Timeliness - Participation', calls for assistance and cooperation from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals with the goal of supporting more and more children in special circumstances, poor children, and disadvantaged children to exercise the basic rights of children, create equal development opportunities and have a better life", the leader of the Vietnam Children's Fund emphasized.

The Vietnam Children's Fund is the only State fund established on May 4, 1992 under the Law on Protection, Care and Education of Children (now the Law on Children), with the function of mobilizing voluntary contributions from domestic and foreign agencies, organizations and individuals, international aid and the state budget to implement children's goals.
The Vietnam Children's Fund has a Board of Trustees, currently chaired by Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan - Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and 20 members who are politicians, prestigious people with high positions in society, representatives of leaders of ministries, branches, leaders of corporations, large enterprises, etc.
Over 31 years of operation, the Children's Support Fund at all levels has mobilized more than 7,600 billion VND to support over 34 million children in special and difficult circumstances nationwide.
