Transferring 18 mass associations to the direct management of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee

On the afternoon of October 3, the Provincial People's Committee coordinated with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to organize a Conference to announce the Decision to transfer mass organizations assigned by the Party and State to Quang Ngai province to be directly under the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Attending were Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Y Thi Bich Tho; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies Truong Thi My Trang; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Tam Hien.

The conference announced the Decision to transfer the mass organizations assigned by the Party and State to Quang Ngai province to be directly under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

The conference announced Decision No. 1070, dated September 18, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer of the status quo of 18 mass associations assigned by the Party and State to Quang Ngai province to be directly under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Tam Hien emphasized that the transfer aims to meet practical requirements in streamlining the organizational apparatus, strengthening the Party's leadership, enhancing the core political role of the Fatherland Front, and innovating the methods of operation of mass organizations effectively and efficiently in the new situation. Especially, promoting the core role of the association in gathering and uniting all classes of people, actively contributing to economic, cultural and social development, Party building, the political system and consolidating and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc.

In order for the transfer and organization of the Associations' activities to achieve practical results, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Y Thi Bich Tho requested the Provincial People's Committee to continue to fully implement the responsibility of state management of the Associations in accordance with the Government 's regulations. Assign specialized departments and branches to coordinate and accompany the Associations to effectively implement activities and movements, ensuring unity between state management and the activities of the Front's member organizations.

For the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, it is necessary to play a good role in presiding over and coordinating the implementation of the Project on arranging and merging mass associations assigned by the Party and the State, ensuring streamlining and efficiency in accordance with the direction of the Central and the province. Continue to guide, monitor and link the activities of associations with emulation movements and major campaigns launched by the Front. Mass associations, as member organizations of the Front, actively participate in the process of arranging and perfecting the organizational apparatus. Promote the role and strengths of each association to well perform the assigned political tasks. Standing Vice President of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Y Thi Bich Tho requested that associations synthesize all opinions and recommendations and send them to the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to have a basis for proposing competent authorities to consider and resolve difficulties and problems.
