The commune sets a target of 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees proficiently using basic digital applications. At least 90% of households have someone who knows how to use a smartphone, access the internet and perform online public services.
To achieve the goal, Thien Tin coordinates with organizations to organize free training and guidance for people, focusing on the elderly, farmers, small traders and vulnerable groups.
As a midland commune with ethnic minorities living, making digital literacy a habit in daily life is a great effort of the government and the community. With the spirit of "Ready - Proactive - Responsible - Effective", Thien Tin is determined to take the lead in building a transparent, modern and friendly public administration.
Within the framework of the launching ceremony, the Commune People's Committee also organized booths to introduce products and digital applications of enterprises, business households and schools. People experienced e-commerce, digital solutions in tourism, digital applications in education , and were also guided to activate health insurance, register for online public services, install digital signatures and Citizen app.
