Faced with the complex developments and dangerous level of super typhoon Ragasa, on the evening of September 22, Co To Border Guard Station fired signal flares to call on ships to urgently find safe shelter.
At the same time, officers and soldiers were assigned to coordinate with local authorities to check and call on ships operating at sea to urgently move to safe anchorages, and absolutely not let fishermen and vehicles stay in dangerous areas.
