BAC NINH - On the morning of October 11, a working delegation of Bac Ninh Provincial Police visited, encouraged and presented financial support to the family of Comrade Doan Van Manh, Party Cell Secretary, Deputy Head of the Security and Order Protection Team of Tan Son Village, Hop Thinh Commune. Comrade Doan Van Manh died while participating in flood and storm prevention in the locality.

Bac Ninh Provincial Police presented money to support the family of comrade Doan Van Manh.

In the face of the great loss of the family, the working delegation of Bac Ninh Provincial Police deeply sympathized with the relatives of comrade Doan Van Manh and hoped that the family would soon overcome their grief and stabilize their spirit and life. The working delegation presented 30 million VND from the "Comradely Love" Fund to support comrade Doan Van Manh's family.

As reported by Bac Ninh Newspaper, on the morning of October 9, comrade Doan Van Manh participated in ensuring security and order and preventing floods and storms in the area of ​​the dike that was overflowing and collapsing in Hop Thinh commune. At about 12 o'clock the same day, comrade Manh suddenly fainted and lost consciousness. Hop Thinh commune police took him to the hospital for emergency treatment but comrade Manh did not survive.
