According to Ho Chi Minh City Police, this activity is to continue to effectively implement the direction of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security , the leaders of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee on strengthening the fight against street crimes.

Thereby, the police discovered 7 establishments that could not present business registration certificates; 14 establishments violated fire prevention regulations... At the same time, the authorities temporarily detained 277 license plates of motorbikes and cars of various types of unknown origin; 134 license plates with national emblems, 143 license plates without national emblems.

The inspection team has handed over the files and license plates of vehicles of unknown origin to the ward police for further verification and handling according to regulations. For businesses violating fire prevention and fighting regulations, the authorities will continue to consolidate the files for handling according to regulations.

According to Ho Chi Minh City Police, the act of displaying or producing license plates not issued by competent authorities is a violation of the law; at the same time, it helps illegal activities avoid detection by the police, making it difficult to investigate and arrest criminals, and causing disorder in social security.
