Accordingly, 3 heritages were included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List this time, including: Nhat Tan Communal House Festival, Tay Ho District, Hanoi; Chroi Rum Chek Festival (Phuoc Bien Festival) of Khmer people in Vinh Chau town, Soc Trang province; Dak Lak coffee growing and processing knowledge, Dak Lak province.

The intangible cultural heritages included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List this time belong to two types: Traditional Festivals and Folk Knowledge.
According to the Decision, the Chairman of the People's Committee at all levels where there are intangible cultural heritages included in the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage this time, within the scope of their duties and powers, shall carry out state management in accordance with the provisions of law on cultural heritage.
