Announcing the Decision to appoint the Director of the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch

On November 13, the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) held a conference to announce the Decision to appoint the Director of the Provincial Branch of the VBSP. Attending were comrades: Hoang Minh Te, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies; Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Lam Dong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.

At the conference, comrade Hoang Minh Te, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, announced and presented Decision No. 9099/QD-NHCS dated November 10, 2023 of the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies on appointing comrade Le Minh Loc, Deputy Director in charge of the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies from November 10, 2023.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate comrade Le Minh Loc.

At the same time, he requested comrade Le Minh Loc to continue promoting his leadership and direction role; uphold the sense of responsibility in building a united collective unit, effectively implementing lending programs for poor households and policy beneficiaries in the province; effectively advising the Board of Directors of the Provincial Social Policy Bank to effectively implement Directive 40 of the Central Party Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership over social policy credit, contributing to promoting economic growth and ensuring social security in the locality.
