Hoa Xuan: Launching the Electronic Information Page, Zalo OA Portal and training on AI usage

Leaders of Hoa Xuan commune pressed the button to launch and introduce the Electronic Information Page and Zalo OA Portal

Attending the program were Mr. Tran Kim Trong - Vice Chairman of Hoa Xuan Commune People's Committee and comrades who are members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, leaders of departments, police and military forces of the commune, school principals, leaders of medical stations and a large number of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the commune.

Opening speech, Mr. Tran Kim Trong affirms: Putting the Electronic Information Page (https://hoaxuan.daklak.gov.vn) and Zalo OA Portal into operation is an important step in the digital transformation process of the locality. This is not only an inevitable trend but also a practical solution to build an administration that is close to the people, transparent and effective. Along with that, the AI application training course aims to help cadres, civil servants and public employees grasp new technology, optimize work, save time and improve the quality of service to the people.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Commune People's Committee performed the launching button ceremony, introduced the Electronic Information Page https://hoaxuan.daklak.gov.vn/ and the commune's Zalo OA portal, and instructed people to scan the QR code for easy access and interaction.

Training scene

Immediately after that, the delegates participated in the training program directly instructed by Dr. Nguyen Trung Hoa - Technology Director, VTC Media and Technology Joint Stock Company. The training content focused on practicing the selection, use and communication of Gen AI effectively in professional public administration work; Practical creation of free AI Assistants, personalized for each job position to optimize resources and improve efficiency; Application of AI in the production of professional content and images for digital communication.

The above event is a concrete step in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; at the same time, it creates a solid foundation for Hoa Xuan to realize the goal of comprehensive digital transformation.
