According to the Plan, by 2025, Dak Lak province strives to carry out the tasks of deploying 5G Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) and deploying a number of basic IoT applications in key industrial parks and industrial clusters of the province with specific goals and tasks:
Building 5G stations and core networks
Installing 5G BTS stations ensures wide coverage and stable signal quality in industrial parks and industrial clusters; upgrading or building core networks to ensure the ability to process large data and low latency of 5G networks; Ensuring high-speed transmission lines for 5G stations and IoT devices on the basis of ensuring the deployment of fiber optic network systems in the area. Accordingly, existing BTS stations will be converted and 63 new 5G BTS stations will be built, bringing the total number of stations to 946 5G BTS stations in the area.
IoT Platform Deployment
Set up an IoT device management platform that allows connecting, managing, and collecting data from thousands of IoT devices. Develop initial IoT applications, focusing on highly applicable applications that bring clear efficiency to businesses (environmental monitoring, asset management, production line optimization). Training and technical support: Provide training courses for technical teams of businesses on how to use and manage 5G and IoT solutions.
To optimize the deployment of 5G and IoT infrastructure in industrial parks and industrial clusters, the proposed solution is to test and optimize - check service quality, ensure the speed, latency and stability of the 5G network meet the requirements; test IoT applications in real environments to ensure that the solutions operate effectively and meet the needs of businesses; collect feedback from users, adjust and optimize the system based on feedback to improve performance and user experience.
The Department of Science and Technology monitors, urges, and directs telecommunications enterprises to deploy the development of telecommunications infrastructure to cover 5G in the province. Telecommunications enterprises urgently develop 5G coverage plans according to the allocation targets; increase sharing and sharing of telecommunications infrastructure and inter-sectoral technical infrastructure according to regulations; ensure effective operational solutions, ensure speed, latency, and stability of the 5G network; optimize the system based on feedback to improve performance and user experience, meeting the needs of enterprises; Increase sharing and sharing of telecommunications infrastructure and inter-sectoral technical infrastructure according to regulations.
