Dak Lak deploys "Application of Party Congress Solutions" to serve the 1st Provincial Party Congress

Pursuant to Notice No. 04-TB/TBTCPV dated September 17, 2025 of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 1st Provincial Party Congress and Official Dispatch No. 04603/UBND-KGVX dated September 23, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on the deployment of the information system serving the Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress, the Department of Science and Technology has developed a Plan to deploy the Application of Party Congress Solutions to support the organization of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The 1st Congress of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 is an important political event. The application of the Party Congress Solution is considered a breakthrough solution in the province's digital transformation, helping to: Manage delegates, take attendance by QR code or facial recognition. Provide electronic documents and papers, minimize printed papers. Track schedules, seating charts, and Congress programs. Support voting and real-time results statistics. Create an environment for democratic and effective exchange and discussion.

The deployment of this application not only ensures safety and information security but also contributes to improving transparency, saving costs, and modernizing the management and operation of the Provincial Party Congress. Delegates to the Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress can download and install the Party Congress Solution app on CH Play (Android) or App Store (IOS).

The 1st Congress of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 is scheduled to take place from September 29, 2025 to October 1, 2025 at the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee (14 Le Duan, Buon Ma Thuot City).
