In response to the National Fire Prevention, Fighting (PCCC) and Rescue Day on October 4, You Sung Vina Co., Ltd. - Diem Thuy Industrial Park, Diem Thuy Commune, in coordination with the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department, Provincial Police organized professional training and practice of fire prevention and fighting and rescue plans.

In-depth knowledge of the responsibilities of facility heads and individuals; fire prevention measures, especially in the use of electricity, fire sources, heat sources; fire fighting and rescue tactics and techniques... Thereby helping grassroots forces master knowledge and skills to proactively prevent and promptly handle fire and explosion situations, minimizing damage.

The fire prevention and rescue plan practice was carried out with a hypothetical fire situation caused by an electrical short circuit in a factory, threatening to spread and 4 people trapped. The exercise was divided into two phases, including:

In phase 1, the fire prevention and rescue team quickly raised the alarm, cut off the power, organized evacuation instructions, provided first aid to the victims and moved property. The fire fighting force used portable fire extinguishers to extinguish the initial fire and deployed tower B to cool and prevent the fire from spreading.

In phase 2, the professional Fire Police and Rescue force (Fire Fighting and Rescue Team No. 3 - Fire Police and Rescue Department) quickly approached, surveyed the fire, and deployed a rescue team to bring the victims out. After the rescue was completed, the fire trucks increased the flow, coordinating with the local forces to extinguish the fire.

The exercise took place quickly and safely, demonstrating effective coordination between the grassroots fire fighting force and professional forces, contributing to improving incident response skills.
