Nearly 2,000 people experience fire prevention and fighting skills

On September 20, at Le Hong Phong High School, Pho Yen Ward, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department (PCCC) and Rescue Police Department (CNCH), the Provincial Police Department coordinated to organize a propaganda program and practice firefighting skills.

Nearly 2,000 school staff, teachers and students were informed and disseminated about fire prevention and fighting regulations and basic knowledge about fire prevention and fighting safety measures.

At the same time, participate in practical fire fighting experiences such as using and practicing portable fire extinguishers to extinguish gas leak fires; experience spreading hoses, connecting nozzles and directly using water nozzles from fire trucks.

In the experience section on escape skills from high places, students are directly instructed and practice safe escape in many forms such as using rope ladders, slow-release ropes and air mattresses.

Propaganda activities combined with fire fighting practice contribute to raising awareness and responsibility of cadres, teachers, students and people for fire prevention and rescue work; creating a solid foundation for building a safe community, proactively preventing, ready to respond and minimizing damage caused by fire and explosion.
