At the meetings with voters of the City People's Council delegates, voters of Area 1, Hung Loi Ward (now Tan An Ward) reported that the residential road of Hung Loi Bridge was seriously degraded, not ensuring traffic safety. People with houses along both sides of the residential road of Hung Loi Bridge had to suffer from dusty sun, muddy rain, affecting their business and daily life... Through the feedback of voters, with the attention of the functional sector, in March 2025, the residential road of Hung Loi Bridge was upgraded and repaired. Mr. Mai Hoang Em, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Area 1, Tan An Ward, said: "In April 2025, the residential road of Hung Loi Bridge was upgraded and completed. The construction unit renovated the road surface to be airy, installed drainage systems, lighting and made spacious sidewalks, ensuring urban beauty and easy travel".

In 2024, on the Tra Noc River, in front of the Thoi An Dong Ward Military Command, a landslide occurred on a 50m long section, 5m-10m deep into the mainland, the traffic road surface was completely eroded down to the Tra Noc River. Based on the voters' feedback, the People's Committee of Thoi An Dong Ward issued a document requesting the relevant agencies to consider and resolve the issue. The City Irrigation Department has deployed the construction of an emergency anti-erosion embankment. The project started on December 27, 2024 and will be completed in 2025. According to many people in the Thoi Hung area, the project was implemented quite quickly, the construction unit completed the embankment wall, and pumped sand right at the landslide section. Mr. Huynh Van Luc in the Thoi Hung area said: "When the embankment is completed, people will be able to travel and transport goods easily, without having to go in a long detour like before."

Voters in Khanh Binh area, Phu Thu ward (now Hung Phu ward) reported that the road section had collapsed, the road surface was tilted near Mat Cat bridge, making it dangerous for travel. With the attention of local authorities and city functional agencies, this road section has been reinforced with a reinforced concrete embankment wall. Mr. Nguyen Van Trung in Khanh Binh area happily said: “After the road section collapsed and during high tides, the road section was flooded more than 0.5m deep, vehicles passing through had to stop, making it difficult for students to travel. Since the beginning of 2025, the landslide section near Mat Cat bridge has been repaired and put into use. The concrete embankment section is about 4m wide, the road surface is high and flat, so it is safe to travel, and it is convenient to transport goods and agricultural products.”
