Attending the conference were: Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Y Vinh Tor; Director of the Department of Education and Training Le Thi Thanh Xuan; Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Phuc Binh Nie Kdam; Former Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police, Major General Nguyen Thi Xuan.

At the Conference, voters raised many opinions and recommendations related to people's lives: the implementation of some social security policies and regimes for poor households, the elderly, the disabled... is still slow; administrative procedures in handling land records are still cumbersome, causing difficulties for people. Notably, many households have lived stably on old farmland for many years but have not yet been granted land use right certificates.

Regarding infrastructure, voters reported that some roads are degraded, making travel difficult; the water supply and drainage system is not guaranteed, often causing flooding during heavy rains. Compensation and site clearance for some traffic projects and public works are still slow and unsynchronized...

Voters in Ea Kao ward also pointed out the situation of hundreds of households in M'Duck hamlet that have received land and housing support from the State but have not yet been granted house numbers. In particular, in the residential area that used to belong to Ea Kao farm, people have lived stably since 1990, and have put their own efforts into building spacious roads, but on the cadastral map, the road is located within the premises of the residential group hall, causing many households to not be granted red books.
In addition, some households with non- agricultural land want to divide it among their children to build separate houses, but because they do not have red books, they are forced to build. Voters hope that the authorities will soon review and have appropriate mechanisms and policies to ensure legitimate rights and stable housing for the people.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Le Dao An Xuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the voters' heartfelt opinions and recommendations. At the same time, he affirmed that these are specific, practical reflections, close to social life, contributing to helping the National Assembly Delegation have more information and practical basis to research, participate in giving opinions and reflections at the National Assembly forum.
The Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation emphasized that after nearly 3 months of the two-level local government operating under the new model, although there are still many difficulties, with the efforts of the entire political system, there have been initial encouraging results. The Provincial National Assembly Delegation hopes that voters and people will continue to support, accompany, and join hands so that the local government can truly be "close to the people, serve the people", operate more effectively, and meet development requirements.

The legitimate opinions and recommendations of voters will be compiled by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and reported at the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, and at the same time forwarded to competent authorities for consideration and resolution. Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Le Dao An Xuan believes that with the spirit of solidarity, consensus and joint efforts of the whole society, the people of all ethnic groups in Dak Lak province will continue to make positive contributions, joining the whole country in entering the era of national development.
