On the afternoon of October 1, President Luong Cuong and the National Assembly delegation of Ho Chi Minh City, Unit 10, had a meeting with voters from An Nhon Tay, Thai My, Nhuan Duc, Tan An Hoi, Cu Chi, Phu Hoa Dong, Binh My, Hoc Mon, Ba Diem, Xuan Thoi Son, and Dong Thanh communes before the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. The conference was held in both in-person and online formats, with the main meeting point at the Tan An Hoi Commune Political Center Hall.
The conference was attended by Mr. Le Khanh Hai, Head of the Office of the President ; Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City. The remaining delegates of the National Assembly Delegation Unit 10 included Ms. Nguyen Thi Le, former Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, former Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; Major General Phan Van Xung, former member of the City Party Committee, former Political Commissar of the Ho Chi Minh City Command.

At the beginning of the conference, Major General Phan Van Xung, on behalf of the delegation, informed voters about the expected content of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. Mr. Phan Van Xung also presented the activities of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation after the reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units from July 1 to present.
Over the past time, the National Assembly Delegation has conducted supervision and surveys. Thereby, the delegation recorded many positive results, pointing out a number of limitations and shortcomings in the process of implementing work and projects in the area.

It is expected that at the 10th session, the National Assembly will consider and pass nearly 50 draft laws and resolutions, including many important resolutions to promptly institutionalize the Central Government's new policies on education, health care, and international integration. This is the largest legislative workload since the beginning of the term, far exceeding that of the 9th session.
Also at the final session of the term, the National Assembly will approve investment policies for important programs; and at the same time conduct personnel work, supervision and public petitions.
The 10th session will have important changes in the organization method. Accordingly, the National Assembly will meet continuously instead of dividing into 2 sessions and taking a break in between. Content groups in the same field or related will be arranged to be presented and discussed together; the time for presenting proposals and reports will also be shortened...
