Over the past 2 years, the pho restaurant named Co Ut Hai Hien (Ward 1, Sa Dec City) has become a familiar destination for many people in difficult circumstances, serving thousands of free bowls of pho to people.
Although it is a free pho, the ingredients of this bowl of pho are no different from the usual bowls of pho sold. Even though it is a free pho, the owner is still warm and welcoming to customers. Customers are served attentively, with both pho and iced tea free.
Giving free bowls of pho to the poor is a humane gift, warming the hearts of those in difficult circumstances, spreading the beauty of humanity.
