The above information was confirmed by Mr. Nguyen Van Them - Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Minh Commune, Thanh Oai, Hanoi - to Tuoi Tre Online on the afternoon of November 1.

Accordingly, after reading the decision on enforcement, the assigned forces carried out their duties. After 1 hour, the enforcement was completed. The local authorities removed the facility's advertising sign and at the same time encouraged some of the patients to return to their hometowns.

"When the authorities came to enforce, Mr. Nam took out his phone to film. We had previously issued a decision to fine him from April 2024 with the amount of 80 million, but Mr. Nam did not pay the fine. This time, he continued to violate, we issued a decision to fine him 85 million, but Mr. Nam still did not comply despite several urgings," Mr. Them informed.

For now, according to Mr. Them, the government will coordinate with the district police to force the removal of false advertising signs. At the same time, they will set up checkpoints in front of Mr. Nam's house to warn patients not to come here for treatment.

Self-advertisement that if you drink alkaline ionized water, any disease can be cured

Previously, as Tuoi Tre Online reported, at house number 47, Dia village, Binh Minh commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi - the facility had an advertising board that could cure all diseases just by drinking alkaline ionized water.

On the sign hanging in front of the house, this facility cures sinuses (guaranteed cure) and cures gastric reflux, colon, gout, diabetes, bones and joints, all kinds of tumors with water (free), and acupressure (free).

According to the reporter's investigation, this facility is owned by Mr. Nguyen Tien Nam and opened at home.

When asked if laryngeal cancer could be treated, Mr. Nam did not need to see the test results, did not need to meet the patient, just asked: "Have you used Western medicine, had chemotherapy, can you still walk?"

And after hearing the answer that he had not used any medicine or chemotherapy, Mr. Nam immediately affirmed: "Then he is saved, go home and bring his family here."
