Implementing the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the People's Committee of Ha Tien Ward coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to organize the handover of enforcement notices to Ms. Lu Minh Hanh, Mr. Le Van Phuong Linh and Ms. Nguyen Thi My Tien so that households could voluntarily comply with the content of the enforcement decisions to force the implementation of remedial measures for administrative violations in the land sector.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment forced 3 households to restore the original condition of the land before the violation and return the occupied land area at Dong Ho lagoon; to dismantle the constructions and crop structures, move assets and items (if any) out of the occupied land area, and return the occupied land area.
If households do not voluntarily comply, the enforcement agency will organize compulsory demolition and restore the land to its original state before the violation according to the approved plan. Households must bear all costs for the enforcement activities according to the provisions of law.
Authorities posted notices in the area where enforcement was carried out.
However, the households did not sign the notice. The People's Committee of Ha Tien Ward directed the authorities to post the notice at the headquarters of Ward V - Dong Ho and the area where the enforcement was carried out.
