The Provincial People's Committee Party Congress will take place on August 22.

On the evening of August 15, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) held a meeting to give opinions on documents and preparations for the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Comrade Tran Huy Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting.

Attending the meeting were Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee; Members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of the advisory agencies assisting the Party Committee.

The 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will be held on August 22 at the Provincial Military Command Hall.

According to the Draft Congress Document, for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee sets out 18 main targets, 3 breakthrough areas, 6 groups of tasks and key solutions.

At the meeting, delegates studied and commented on the Draft Political Report of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term to be submitted to the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030; Draft Report reviewing the leadership and direction of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Draft Resolution of the Congress and Draft Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030...

After studying the documents, focusing on the draft Political Report, the delegates attending the meeting shared the same opinion: the content and structure of the draft reports basically met the requirements, reflecting quite comprehensively the results achieved in all fields, proposing directions and tasks suitable to the conditions and development trends in the new period. The delegates also requested the congress documents subcommittee to edit the political report to be more concise and succinct and contribute more opinions on the contents, mottos, themes of the congress, targets and solutions proposed in the draft...

Next, the Provincial Party Committee held the 2nd expanded online conference of the Party Executive Committee.
