The 2025 Autumn Fair with the theme “Connecting people with production and business” is scheduled to take place from October 26 to November 4 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center, Dong Anh, Hanoi . Participants are domestic and foreign enterprises operating in Vietnam and enterprises abroad (if any).

The fair is expected to cover an area of ​​over 100,000 ^{square meters} , equivalent to about 3,000 standard booths.

The proposed fair has 5 sub-areas, each with a specific theme, including: Industry - Trade - Services - Prosperous Autumn; Cultural Industry - The First Golden Season; The Quintessence of Hanoi's Autumn; Vietnamese Autumn - The Colors and Fragrances of Autumn; Family Autumn.

The 2025 Autumn Fair is held to continue the success of the National Achievement Exhibition "80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness journey", promote domestic market development, stimulate consumption, connect supply and demand, connect supply chains, contributing to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025.

In addition, the fair aims to create a channel to promote trade, investment, consumption, economic connection, trade connection, goods, industry, agriculture, services, promote domestic production activities and import-export activities.

At the meeting, delegates reported on preparations for participating in the fair and proposed a number of contents to increase the promotion of branded products and cultural quintessence of localities and regions.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son highly appreciated the efforts of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, ministries, branches, localities and Vingroup Corporation in proactively developing plans to organize the fair.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that this is the largest fair ever, so it is necessary to maximize the effectiveness of promoting trade, investment and consumption. The Deputy Prime Minister requested ministries, branches, localities and units to continue implementing Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg dated September 25, 2025 on organizing the Autumn Fair in 2025.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade coordinates with the Government Office to urgently complete the Autumn Fair project; preside over and coordinate with relevant units to implement the fair's organization tasks to ensure content, quality and progress. The Organizing Committee arranges for each locality at least ^200m2 of vacant land; localities proactively arrange funding for design, decoration, and organization of booths displaying local products.
