Congress of delegates of the Trade Union of Company 35 for the 2025-2030 term

Leaders of Army Corps 19 and Company 35 presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Company 35 grassroots trade union for the 2025-2030 term.

Over the past years, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Company's command and the guidance and direction of political agencies at all levels, the Company 35's grassroots trade union has thoroughly grasped, implemented and comprehensively completed the set targets. The political and ideological situation is stable, the awareness, responsibility, sense of law compliance and discipline of union members have been raised; working conditions, life, employment, income and rights of workers have been well guaranteed. Trade union activities and workers' movements have been strongly promoted, such as: Emulation "Good workers, creative workers"; "Innovation, creativity, efficiency in trade union activities"; "5 best, 3 no", "Green, clean, beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and health" ... have brought about practical results, contributing significantly to the unit's excellent completion of assigned tasks.

The Congress determined the directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing resolutions, directives and guidelines at all levels; taking care of educating , training and fostering cadres, union members and workers for comprehensive development; innovating the content and methods of operation towards taking union members and workers as the center. At the same time, well organizing emulation movements, focusing on the movement "Good workers, creative workers" associated with studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh; building a trade union organization that excellently completes its tasks, contributing to building a strong and clean party organization, a strong and comprehensive unit "Exemplary and typical".

The Congress agreed on specific targets for the new term: 100% of cadres, union members, and workers have strong political will, good moral qualities, clean and healthy lifestyles, peace of mind at work, ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks well; strive to have at least 2 topics and 40 technical innovation initiatives every year; annual classification results show that 80% of union members complete their tasks well or better; 100% of union groups complete their tasks; 80% of union groups complete their tasks well and excellently. Every year, train and introduce 15 or more outstanding union members to be admitted to the Party; 100% of qualified cadres and union members are promoted, have their salaries raised, and receive military ranks within the prescribed time.

With the spirit of democracy and responsibility, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Company 35 for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades; elected 1 delegate to attend the Congress of Military Trade Union; appointed 14 comrades to attend the Conference of the Trade Union of Army Corps 19 for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Nguyen Dang Hieu, Deputy Director of the Company, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Company 35.

Immediately after the congress, the leaders and commanders of Army Corps 19 held a meeting to review experiences with the Trade Union of Company 35 - the unit selected to host the congress in advance - to continue to successfully organize the congress at 13 affiliated units.
