The 2020 - 2025 term is a challenging period for the Party Committee and People of Ta Nang Commune (after being merged from Ta Nang Commune and Da Quyn Commune). However, under the close leadership of all levels and the spirit of solidarity and continuous efforts, the new Ta Nang Commune has achieved many remarkable results.

Accordingly, the agricultural sector maintained a good growth rate, contributing to improving people's lives and incomes. In particular, thanks to the high coffee prices in 2023, 2024 and the first 6 months of 2025, the average income per unit area has reached 150 million VND/ha/year, an increase of 30 million VND/ha/year compared to 2020. Agricultural extension models, production linkages and consumption of agricultural products have been promoted and up to 66.5% of households have participated in linkages with companies and businesses. Irrigation work has received attention, many works have been maintained and upgraded to meet irrigation needs. The livestock sector also continues to develop with a total herd of buffalo and cows reaching 8,974, an increase of more than 700 compared to 2020. Forest management, protection and development work has been strengthened, contributing to greening bare land and hills with 370,097 trees planted from 2021 to 2024.

Commercial and service infrastructure meets the essential needs of the people, the number of agricultural product purchasing points increases every year, supporting the output of agricultural products. In addition, the traffic infrastructure has significantly improved with 18.7 km of inter-commune asphalt roads, of which 17 km of roads through Ta Nang have been invested in expansion. A total of over 140 billion VND has been invested in school buildings, medical stations, rural roads and clean water works, contributing to changing the face of the countryside. Land planning and management have also had many positive changes, ensuring strict management of public land and resources.

Culture - society , national defense - security are maintained. Comprehensive education quality is improved, all 5 schools in the area meet national standards. The work of encouraging learning and talent is focused, contributing to improving people's knowledge. The commune health station is recognized as meeting national standards, meeting the needs of initial medical examination and treatment. Poverty reduction policies are effectively implemented, the poverty rate is reduced to 2.8% of the whole commune. National defense - security is maintained, training activities, defense drills meet and exceed targets. Crime prevention, fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue are strengthened.

Building a clean and strong Party and political system. The Party's leadership role is affirmed in all areas. The work of building the Party in terms of politics, ideology and ethics is focused on, and the contingent of cadres and Party members has a strong political stance. The government apparatus is streamlined, effective and efficient, with over 90% of administrative procedure files received and processed on the online public service portal. The Front and mass organizations innovate their working methods, focusing on the grassroots, promoting the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, supervise and people benefit". Attention is paid to the recruitment of new Party members, with 54 new Party members admitted during the term.

During the past term, Ta Nang commune has achieved a number of important breakthroughs such as: focusing on directing agricultural production towards intensive farming and applying high technology with a rate of 75% of cultivated area, exceeding the target by 107%. In particular, the commune has built and recognized a 3-star OCOP product "Ta Nang - Phan Dung coffee-flavored dried beef". Many key projects have been invested, mobilizing the contribution of the people to build 7,440 m of cement concrete roads in villages and alleys, along with investing in electricity systems for daily life and production.

Based on the achievements and lessons learned from the previous term, the Ta Nang Commune Party Committee has set specific goals for the 2025 - 2030 term, aiming to build an increasingly developed and prosperous Ta Nang Commune. In particular, continuing to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, ensuring solidarity and unity in the entire political system. Strengthening the work of inspection, supervision, prevention and fight against corruption and negativity. Promoting the strength of great national unity, preserving the cultural identity of ethnic groups. Consolidating the great unity bloc of ethnic groups, promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and organizations. Continue to promote intensive agricultural development, apply high technology and build concentrated commodity production areas, products of quality and food safety. Maintain political security, social order and safety; build a strong national defense, promote the role of local armed forces. At the same time, build Ta Nang commune to meet advanced new rural standards and consider this as a general goal throughout the entire term.
