Phan Thiet Police Captain arrested the perpetrator 20 minutes after committing the crime.

At around 7:30 p.m. on September 30, at the intersection of Le Duan and Nguyen Hoi (Phan Thiet ward, Lam Dong), a murder occurred when a young man stabbed a man with a weapon and then quickly left the scene.

Captain Hoang Nam Giang (motorcycle driver) and local people took the perpetrator to Phan Thiet ward police station.

At this moment, Captain Hoang Nam Giang, a police officer from Phan Thiet Ward, passed by and promptly called for first aid, stopped the bleeding for the victim and called an ambulance to take him to the hospital. At the same time, he quickly collected information from witnesses and determined the subject's direction of movement.

At 7:53 p.m. the same day, Captain Giang successfully chased and arrested the suspect, seized the weapon, a pair of scissors, and brought him to the Phan Thiet Ward Police Station.

The victim was taken to the emergency room but did not survive.

At the police station, the suspect gave his name as Nguyen Van Ty (born 2002, residing in Binh Thuan ward, Lam Dong). Initially, Ty admitted that while waiting for his friend, he had a conflict with Mr. NTM (born 1987, residing in the same locality). After being beaten by Mr. M., Ty angrily pulled out a pair of scissors hidden in his person and stabbed the victim in the chest before fleeing.

Despite being rushed to the emergency room, the victim did not survive due to the severity of his injuries. The case is currently being investigated and handled by the authorities in accordance with the law.
