The HaiVina Company Limited Trade Union Congress is a representative congress of the grassroots trade union in the western industrial park of Hai Phong city.

The Executive Committee of the HaiVina Company Limited Trade Union, term VI, 2025 - 2030, was introduced to the Congress.

On the morning of October 12, the HaiVina Company Limited Trade Union held the 6th Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030. This is the congress of the grassroots trade union of the industrial park in the west of Hai Phong city. Attending the congress were 150 delegates representing nearly 3,000 union members of the enterprise.

During the past term, the HaiVina Company Limited Trade Union has done a good job of taking care of the lives and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, workers and laborers. In the 2025 - 2030 term, the HaiVina Company Limited Trade Union sets out 9 targets and 4 breakthrough tasks. Some important targets include striving for 100% of the company's employees to be union members; annually, over 80% of union groups will meet strong standards; during the term, introduce 2 - 3 outstanding union members for consideration of training and admission to the Party; mobilize 60% or more of union members to participate in studying to improve their educational level and professional skills, etc.

The HaiVina Company Limited Trade Union was established and put into operation in 2025. Up to now, the union has about 3,000 union members, of which 96% are women, working in groups and lines in 2 factories in Gia Loc commune and Nam Sach industrial park, Hai Phong city.
