On the afternoon of April 4, the Party Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee Office held the Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term. Comrades: Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Party Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee agencies attended and directed the Congress.

During the past term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office has been united, united, strived, overcome difficulties, and successfully implemented the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term; led the comprehensive and quality completion of political tasks to advise and assist the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Party building work has achieved many positive results, especially the chairing, advising on the construction, and successful implementation of the Thai Binh Province Electronic Party Member Handbook Project to 100% of Party cells in the whole province, which was highly appreciated by cadres and Party members. The Party Committee and Party cells have implemented the Party's working and living regimes in a disciplined manner; leadership capacity and fighting strength have been enhanced. The Party Committee has led the building of a strong Provincial Party Committee Office and mass organizations, and every year they have successfully completed and excellently completed assigned political tasks.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee sets the goal of leading the comprehensive and excellent completion of political tasks; pioneering the development and implementation of the Digital Transformation Project in the provincial Party Committee agencies; effectively maintaining the Electronic Party Member Handbook Project. The Party Committee strives to be classified as having excellently completed its tasks; 100% of Party cells have completed their tasks well, of which 20% or more of Party cells have completed their tasks excellently; 100% of Party members have completed their tasks well, of which 15% have completed their tasks excellently; admitting 2 or more Party members; leading the building of the Provincial Party Committee Office and strong and excellent organizations.
Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council delivered a speech directing the congress.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's agencies acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee in the past term, especially in the leadership and direction of the implementation of advisory, synthesis, archiving and service tasks. He requested that in the coming term, the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee should focus on leading and improving the quality and effectiveness of advisory and service work in a proactive, dynamic, creative, scientific and accurate direction. The Party Committee Executive Committee should promote its leadership role in advisory work, helping the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to improve the effectiveness of leadership, direction, administration and implementation of the Central's policies and the province's political tasks. The Party Committee needs to promote administrative reform, apply information technology and digital transformation in office tasks with the goal of simplicity and ease of implementation; pay attention to logistics and service work, and strictly manage the use of public assets. He also requested the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee to pay attention to training and improving the capacity and responsibility of the team of cadres and party members working in the Party Committee's office; maintain discipline and public service order; and at the same time lead the innovation of the activities of mass organizations, creating solidarity, cohesion and unity throughout the Party Committee.
The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee, the Party Secretary of the Provincial Party Office and elected a delegation to attend the Party Congress at a higher level.
Delegates voted to elect the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Office for the 2025-2030 term.
The Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Office for the 2025-2030 term was introduced to the congress.
