QTO - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province Vo Van Hung recently led a working delegation to visit and work in Sekong province (Laos) to promote cooperation in various fields, focusing on the transportation and export of coal from Laos to Vietnam through La Lay International Border Gate.
