QTO - In the face of the complicated developments of storm No. 10 as well as the damage caused by natural disasters, on September 28 and 29, 2025, officers and soldiers of the military and police forces in the province volunteered to help people prevent and fight the storm with the command from the heart: "Ensuring the safety of people's lives and property is above all, first and foremost".
