
Logistics College 1 has the function of training and fostering professional logistics staff at college, intermediate and primary levels in the following majors: Military Supplies, Military Medicine, Petroleum, Barracks. At the same time, the school also trains civil system at college level in the fields of General Practitioner, Nursing, and Pharmacy.
The school undertakes research, application of science and technology transfer, constantly improving training quality and efficiency, meeting task requirements in the new situation.

Over the years, the school has always promoted its role as a center for training logistics human resources, combining training with research and application of science and technology, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

In 2025, the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the school focused on comprehensive leadership and direction of all aspects of work, successfully completing assigned tasks. The school was approved by the Ministry of National Defense to open a new code for General Practitioner at college level, implementing the Civilian Training Project with 230 targets; enrollment and admission work were carried out strictly, in accordance with regulations.

During the year, the school organized 35 training classes, graduated 11 classes; three teachers were awarded the title of Excellent Physician , six teachers achieved the title of Excellent Teacher at the Ministry of National Defense level . At the same time, proactively coordinated with Military Hospital 105 and specialized departments under the General Department of Logistics and Technology to improve the quality of practice and internship for students.

Scientific research activities continue to be promoted with 25 topics and initiatives at all levels in 2025, including three projects winning the 25th "Creative Youth in the Army" Award. The school compiled nearly 20 new textbooks and teaching materials, and digitized more than 200 textbooks and 100 teaching videos , contributing to promoting digital transformation in the field of training.
Political and ideological work, discipline training, and formal training are maintained seriously; logistics, technical, and financial work are fully and promptly guaranteed to effectively serve the school's activities.

Concluding the inspection, Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc acknowledged and commended the efforts and comprehensive results that Logistics College 1 has achieved. At the same time, the Lieutenant General requested the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the School to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions and directives of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on education and training; review, adjust and perfect the training programs of the majors to ensure they are close to reality.
The Director of the General Department of Logistics and Technology emphasized that the school needs to focus on training a team of teachers with qualifications and solid pedagogical skills, implementing the motto "practical teaching, practical learning, practical testing"; promoting scientific research, technical innovation initiatives, associated with innovation in content and teaching methods.

Along with that, promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in management and teaching; expand foreign language learning programs for staff, lecturers and students; maintain discipline and internal solidarity, and care for the material and spiritual lives of staff, teachers, employees and students.

Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc requested the school to continue to closely coordinate with agencies and units inside and outside the Army to improve training quality, contributing to building a strong, comprehensive, exemplary, and typical Logistics College 1, worthy of being the Army's high-quality logistics human resource training center.
