At the TXCT conference, the representative of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation informed the voters about the expected content and program of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, the National Assembly is expected to consider and pass nearly 50 draft laws and resolutions. Among them, there are many important resolutions to promptly institutionalize the new policies of the Central Government on education , health care, and international integration.

At the conference, voters recommended that the National Assembly and the Government study new mechanisms and policies in recruiting education career officials to promptly supplement teachers for localities that are lacking. Focus on improving the qualifications of grassroots health workers . Support capital and land funds to build centralized working headquarters in localities according to the model of "one workplace, many service departments", to facilitate people to contact work and improve the efficiency of local government operations.

In the operation of the two-level local government, voters of Nguyen Van Linh commune requested competent authorities to soon complete the job description and competency framework; build a quantitative measure of average labor productivity to determine the number of employees for each job position, on that basis, restructure the staff and civil servants according to each position and in accordance with the situation of each locality. Regarding the field of socio-economic development in the locality, voters of Hong Minh commune recommended that all levels and sectors continue to pay attention to supporting farmers in applying science and technology, transforming the structure of crops and livestock to increase production value, especially seedlings and key crops of the locality. The authorities support people with preferential loan policies, agricultural insurance and product consumption, helping farmers feel secure in production, limiting the situation of good harvests and low prices.

Voters of Dong Hung commune suggested that currently, in some localities, incinerators have been built for a long time and are often damaged, affecting the progress of waste treatment, while local budget is limited. Voters suggested that the Government develop a mechanism to support localities in high-tech waste treatment projects to ensure the environment, save land for localities, and avoid waste congestion.

At the conference, the National Assembly Delegation of Hung Yen province received opinions, recommendations and answered some of the contents reflected by voters.
