Proposal to add alcohol concentration violations to emulation assessment

On the afternoon of March 29, the emulation bloc of Hai Duong Provincial Party agencies signed an emulation pact between agencies and units in the bloc in 2024.

In 2024, the Organizing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee will be the Head of the Emulation Block of Provincial Agencies. The Propaganda Department of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee and Hai Duong Newspaper will be the Deputy Heads of the Block.

This year, agencies and units unanimously agreed to effectively implement the emulation movement with the theme "unity, discipline, creativity, acceleration, efficiency". Strive for 100% of agencies in the bloc to excellently complete the goals and tasks of each unit. Each agency and unit builds at least 1 typical collective and 1 typical individual in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style and setting an example.

Agencies and units in the Emulation Bloc will strengthen the role of Party committee leaders, especially the responsibility of heads of Party committees and agencies in the Bloc in leading and implementing emulation and reward work. Ensure substantive rewards, effective in motivating and promptly honoring typical examples of good people and good deeds in emulation movements. At the conference, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Agencies Nguyen Thuy Ha proposed adding the content of officials and Party members violating alcohol concentration when participating in traffic to the emulation scoring criteria in 2024.

This year, the emulation bloc of Hai Duong province's Party agencies plans to organize sports exchange activities within the bloc in July.
