Proposal to invest more than 786 billion VND to build a road connecting Hai Duong

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just submitted a document to the Provincial People's Council requesting a decision on the investment policy for the project to build a road connecting National Highway 17B (Hai Duong province) with Provincial Road 352 (Hai Phong city).

The project investment will facilitate investment attraction and effective exploitation of land funds.

The total investment of the project is expected to be over 786 billion VND from Hai Duong province's budget. The implementation period is in the period 2024-2026.

The project has a starting point connecting National Highway 17B at about Km 12+500, an end point connecting the right dike of Kinh Thay River (at about Km 47+950), connecting with the planned location for the construction of a bridge over Kinh Thay River (co-invested by Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city).

The total length of the route is about 7.22km. The project location is in Kinh Mon town (Hai Duong).

The investment objective is to build a connecting route, forming an inter-regional traffic axis between Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city and serving the needs of travel and freight transport between the two localities.

At the same time, expand the urban development space of Kinh Mon town, creating favorable conditions for attracting investment and effectively exploiting land funds.
