Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee proposed to change the purpose of using rice-growing land and protective forest land for 38 project categories (using state budget capital for 20 categories, using non-state budget capital for 18 categories) with a total area of ​​land use purpose change of 18.91 hectares.

The localities with the most proposed project lists are Dien Ban town and Que Son district (12 projects each). The remaining localities have 1-3 projects. The proposed projects are added in accordance with the local land use planning until 2030.

According to the Provincial People's Committee, the total list of projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land and protective forest land of districts, towns and cities: Phuoc Son, Nam Giang, Tay Giang, Dai Loc, Duy Xuyen, Que Son, Hiep Duc, Thang Binh, Bac Tra My, Nam Tra My, Nui Thanh, Dien Ban, Tam Ky proposed to supplement is 58 lists.

Through the review results, 38/58 lists of projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land and protective forest land of districts, towns and cities: Nam Giang, Tay Giang, Dai Loc, Duy Xuyen, Que Son, Hiep Duc, Thang Binh, Bac Tra My, Nui Thanh, Dien Ban, Tam Ky have ensured capital sources, investment policies and have been approved by the Standing Committee of the District People's Council, so the Provincial People's Committee submitted them to the 24th session of the 10th term of the Provincial People's Council for consideration and unanimous approval of supplementation.
