
The festival is a highlight in a series of activities to stimulate tourism and celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, while honoring the beverage industry, promoting Hanoi's culinary culture, creating a bridge between beverage brands - restaurants - tourism, updating new F&B trends and promoting sustainable tourism. This is not only a place to enjoy but also a journey of experience, connection and discovery, where Hanoi affirms its position as a safe, friendly, creative and attractive destination.
With 80 colorful booths, the festival opens up a rich space for visitors to enjoy. From traditional drinks of Hanoi and the three regions such as tea, sweet soup, Hanoi beer, craft beer with Vietnamese imprint, to creative and health care drinks, reflecting the green and healthy living trend of the times.
The international beverage space brings the colors of integration, while the “Hanoi Flavor” culinary area with traditional crafts takes visitors into the world of exquisite cuisine and cultural stories told through the talented hands of artisans. In addition, the artistic check-in area with unique lighting and miniatures will capture brilliant moments, typical of Hanoi autumn.
During the 5 days of the festival, there will be many attractive activities such as: Opening at 7:00 p.m. on September 18; cultural and artistic performances, music and dance, folk games, game shows, experiential workshops, bartending and culinary demonstrations right on the stage and booth area.
Within the framework of the festival, there will be a discussion on “Elevating F&B services in tourism experiences” which will be a forum for experts and businesses to exchange trends and share solutions to attract tourists through food and beverage services. The festival also strongly spreads the message of green tourism, encourages the use of environmentally friendly materials, limits plastic waste, and aims for sustainable development. The decoration space will also be elaborately designed with flags, welcome gates, and artistic miniatures simulating the flow of flavors, combined with modern lighting, creating a vibrant atmosphere during the historic autumn days.
The event was coordinated by many units: City departments, branches, Tay Ho Ward People's Committee, Hanoi Tourism Association, Hanoi Chefs Association, with the participation of Vietnam Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Association (VBA) and businesses and localities.
Held for the first time, the Hanoi Beverage Festival 2025 is expected to be a journey connecting the past and present, tradition and creativity, connecting Hanoi and international friends. Each drink here is not just a thirst quencher, but also a story about culture, people and love for the land of a thousand years of civilization.
