Admission scores and procedures for Hanoi University in 2024

This year, the admission scores of Hanoi University range from 25.08 to 35.8 points. On a 40-point scale, Chinese language major is at the top with a standard score of 35.8 points. Second is English language major with 35.43 points.

After receiving the admission results, candidates need to confirm their admission online at the Ministry of Education and Training's Admissions Portal before 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2024.

Before 5:00 p.m. on August 29, 2024, candidates must declare their personal information on the website qldt.hanu.edu.vn. At the same time, candidates must submit their application for admission, tuition and fees to Hanoi University.

Regarding direct admission time, Hanoi University organizes from 8:00 on August 28 to 17:00 on August 29, 2024.

Candidates should note that when enrolling at Hanoi University, candidates need to bring the following documents in accordance with the school's instructions:

1. Original copy of Certificate of High School Graduation Exam Results 2024;

2. Legal copy of High School Diploma or equivalent (if graduated from 2023 or earlier) or Temporary High School Graduation Certificate or equivalent (if graduated in 2024);

3. Certified copy of High School Transcript;

4. Certified copy of Birth Certificate;

5. Legal copy of ID card/Citizen identification card;

6. 02 3x4 photos taken within 06 months of the date of admission (write full name and date of birth clearly on the back of the photo);

7. Legal copies of documents confirming priority subjects receiving extra points in admission (if any);

8. Party activity transfer papers and Party member records (if any);

9. Union Membership Book (The school's Union will issue a notice to check the Union Membership Book after the student officially enrolls);

10. For male students: Military service registration transfer introduction letter or Reserve soldier registration transfer introduction letter; copy of Military service registration certificate or Reserve soldier registration certificate (bring the original for comparison).

11. For candidates admitted under the combined admission process: Original copy of the certificate confirming that the student has been admitted and is studying in the specialized program of a specialized high school/national key high school (for candidates admitted under method 501); legal copies of supporting documents (international language certificates, certificates of excellent students at the provincial or city level...).

At the same time, upon admission, candidates must pay the following tuition and fees:

1. Provisional tuition fees:

- Language and Business Communication majors: 16,500,000 VND.

- Group of majors: English-taught training programs: 17,000,000 VND.

- Advanced Training Program (TT) group: 18,000,000 VND.

2. Collection fees:

- Personal insurance (PBI): 200,000 VND/4 years;

- Health Insurance (HI): 1,105,000 VND/15 months (from October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025). Students who already have a valid HI card under other categories such as: Relatives of officers; policy families; poor and near-poor households... who submit a photocopy of their HI card will be refunded according to regulations right at the place of registration for admission.

3. Health check-up fee: 150,000 VND/student.
