According to the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police, to ensure traffic order and safety, the unit has adjusted the time and area of ​​road bans.

Accordingly, the time for organizing traffic flow to serve the rehearsal program in the city: From 10:00 p.m. on August 29 to 1:00 p.m. on August 30, 4 hours later than previously announced.

For routes: Hoang Hoa Tham, Thuy Khue (from Hung Vuong to Van Cao), Mai Xuan Thuong, Quan Thanh, Phan Dinh Phung, Hung Vuong, Hoang Van Thu, Doc Lap, Chua Mot Cot, Bac Son, Ton That Dam, Nguyen Canh Chan, Hoang Dieu, Cua Bac and Yen Phu.
