The flight was in the dark, the weather was bad due to the storm so visibility was limited, but the flight crew actively tried to command and operate the EC-225 helicopter to land on Tien Nu, Truong Sa and Phan Vinh islands to receive 3 patients and bring them safely to the mainland. During the flight from Truong Sa to Ho Chi Minh City, the air ambulance team of Military Hospital 175 continuously monitored the progress of each patient's condition to promptly handle any situations that may arise.
