Exploiting tourism strengths
On the occasion of National Day this year, tourism businesses have promoted their own strengths to exploit and attract domestic and foreign visitors to visit and experience.
In Thuan Nam district, the service of experiencing sand dunes by Jeep attracts many tourists during the holidays. On the southern coastal route of the province, through Phuoc Dinh commune, there are currently 4 businesses that experience sand dunes by Jeep. Every day, the units welcome and serve hundreds of visitors, including groups and individual guests, self-sufficient. Sharing the feeling after 1 hour sitting in a Jeep to explore the sandy roads along Mui Dinh beach, Dinh Hoang Anh from Hanoi said: It feels really comfortable and exciting. I love Jeeps that are spacious, have powerful engines but have a classic look. As a boy, I feel excited when the car goes through rough and winding roads.

Coming to the sand dunes in Mui Dinh by Jeep, visitors have the opportunity to stand on sand dunes tens of meters high, enjoy the cool air of the sea breeze, and take in the whole view of the sea and high mountains. In addition, this is also an opportunity for those who are passionate about entertainment activities with strong feelings when participating in sand sliding games. Mr. Doan Ngoc Thai, owner of the off-road vehicle service business Nang Mui Dinh, said: The unit has more than 10 vehicles, operating continuously from morning to evening on holidays, picking up and serving tourists. Most of the guests feel very excited after the experience.
In Ninh Phuoc district, visitors to the locality mostly concentrate on eco-tourism spots, especially Bau Truc pottery village, Phuoc Dan town. They come here to learn and experience the art of making pottery of the Cham people, a cultural heritage honored by UNESCO.

Ms. Nguyen Truc Nhu Quynh, a tourist from Lam Dong, said: I have known about the pottery making profession in Bau Truc for a long time, but only now have I had the opportunity to see it with my own eyes. Indeed, the pottery products here are diverse and rich. The art of making pottery by hand is also very unique. Mr. Phu Huu Minh Thuan, Director of Bau Truc Cham Pottery Cooperative, said: During the holidays, the cooperative's showroom welcomes many groups of visitors from all over the country. Visitors can visit and experience for free. According to representatives of tourism service businesses, although it is a holiday, the units still keep the same price or only adjust it slightly, 10% lower than normal days.
The trend of tourists returning to nature for experiences is increasing. Grasping this reality, eco-tourism spots in Bac Ai district have been invested and built, thereby creating a diversity of types of sightseeing and entertainment for tourists to experience. In Phuoc Binh commune, to meet the needs of tourists for sightseeing and relaxation, the locality has recently made efforts to improve the quality and diversify services to welcome guests. Wooden stilt houses, flower and tree-filled grounds to create a peaceful feeling combined with fruit trees for tourists to visit and experience are ideas that many families in the community tourism village of Hanh Rac 2 village have invested in to welcome tourists when coming to Phuoc Binh. Mr. Katơr Chinh, Hanh Rac 2 village, said: Over the 3-day holiday, the family welcomed many tourists to visit the fruit garden and eat at the stilt house, including 10 tourists who registered to stay overnight at the family's stilt house, thereby helping the family earn extra income during the holiday.

In addition to the familiar tourist spots in Ninh Son district, this holiday, the newly put into operation Cham Charm Ninh Thuan of Lam Son Agricultural Tourism Cooperative also attracts a large number of tourists to come and experience. With an area of over 3 hectares, Cham Charm Ninh Thuan Tourist Area is designed with a space close to nature, cool green trees, rivers, a space that is both modern and mixed with the countryside when building many folk games, activities on land and underwater suitable for all ages. Here, if tourists like adventure, they can "transform" into a professional racer with the game of cycling across a small plank bridge. Or more gently, less adventurous, tourists can play SUP rowing, drifting on the stream, looking out to admire the natural scenery of the mountains and forests. And there are many other games such as: Playing the swing bridge falling into the water, swinging on the lake, experiencing off-road vehicles...
Tourist Nguyen Tuong Vy (Phan Rang - Thap Cham City) shared: The space close to nature and these practical experiences have created a new and lively atmosphere, so my whole family was both curious and excited when they came here. Mr. Tran Minh Hieu, also from Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, said: I have tried many games, I must say this is a very interesting and fun experience. There is also an airy and cool space here, if I have the chance, I will definitely invite more friends to come back.

Most of the tourists are individual travelers, family groups coming from: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Lat, Korea...

All the roads and residential areas in the city seem to be brighter and more brilliant with the bright colors of the red flag with yellow star, slogans welcoming the August Revolution and National Day. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuyen, a tourist from Quang Ngai shared: With cool weather, being able to immerse myself in nature, enjoying fresh seafood, I am even more proud and cherish the Independence Day. In order to ensure security, safety, and prepare good conditions for serving tourists during the National Day holiday on September 2, contributing to promoting the image of Ninh Thuan tourism as a safe and attractive destination for tourists; the implementation of documents is carried out strictly and consistently according to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinates with businesses, tourist accommodation establishments, and press agencies to promote information and promotion of the image, people, and tourism potential of the province to domestic and foreign tourists to attract tourists to visit during the holiday.
This year's National Day holiday on September 2nd lasted for 4 days, and the rainy weather affected tourism, entertainment and recreation activities. This year, with about 4,706 bedrooms, according to preliminary reports from businesses, most accommodation establishments reached 90-100% room occupancy on August 31st and September 1st. In addition, a number of tourism businesses have paid attention to investing and renovating many tourist attractions to put into operation during the holiday, contributing to diversifying tourism types, creating a spreading effect and promoting the image of tourism; Building tours and destinations to serve the National Day holiday on September 2nd is quite bustling.

Forecasting the sudden increase in the number of visitors to the area, the management and direction work has been paid attention by the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, together with the sectors and localities where there are tourist attractions, and has promptly implemented issues of service quality. The organization of tourist festival activities, entertainment, cultural and artistic activities for people and tourists during the holidays in the managed area is strictly implemented according to regulations.
