On August 27, the first group of nearly 500 guests arrived in Hanoi . In the afternoon, the group divided into small groups to visit Hoa Lo Prison, Temple of Literature, Ba Dinh Square, etc.

A representative of Vietravel Travel Company (the unit that organizes a number of transportation services for the group) said that the unit has prepared a system of high-class tourist vehicles with modern design to bring comfort to tourists during the journey to each location on the tour itinerary.

It is known that the Indian tourist group visited Vietnam according to a pre-arranged itinerary. The Indian tourism agency proactively booked rooms at hotels in Vietnam. The service was booked 2-3 months in advance.

Due to the large number of people, the group will have a schedule to visit Ha Long, Ninh Binh and then return to Hanoi to stay. Currently, there are 11 5-star hotels in Hanoi to welcome this group of guests.

Hotels have all prepared services to welcome the group of guests. Many hotels such as InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72, Meliá Hanoi, Movenpick Living West Hanoi, Pan Pacific Hanoi, Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha… have hired Indian chefs and imported some ingredients to ensure preparing a rich menu with traditional Indian dishes.

Some Vietnamese dishes are also included in the menu to introduce to tourists such as pho, fish noodles, fish cakes and desserts made from Com Lang Vong are also introduced to tourists.

According to the Hanoi Department of Tourism, the unit has directed destinations to coordinate with organizing units to guide priority traffic flow for tourist groups, arrange separate ticket control personnel, and ensure safety and security for tourist groups within the tourist attractions...

For the 11 5-star hotels where the group stayed during their stay in Hanoi, the Department of Tourism directed the improvement of the quality of facilities and ensuring security and order, fire prevention, and food hygiene and safety.
