This afternoon, December 14, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Tri Pedagogical College held the 23rd Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2024 - 2027.

In the 2022 - 2024 term, promoting the role, responsibility, initiative, and creativity of youth union members, the youth of Quang Tri College of Education has achieved remarkable achievements in all fields of activity.

Propaganda and education work on the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws continue to be focused on, contributing to raising awareness, personality and revolutionary ideals for youth union members.

Many activities of the school's Youth Union have been concretized in association with the professional tasks and characteristics of the school's situation, thereby contributing to encouraging and motivating a large number of Youth Union members to enthusiastically study, practice, and compete to achieve high results such as: green summer volunteer activities; exam support; summer volunteer campaign; "Volunteer Saturday" volunteer activities; "Green Sunday".

During the past term, the school's youth union activities have met the requirements of youth work in the new period, focusing on educating union members' awareness, accompanying union members and young people on the path of studying, scientific research, and preparing for the path of establishing a career.

The activities of the Youth Union are more dynamic, gradually innovating its methods of operation to adapt to new conditions. The influential role of the Youth Union in the lives of young people and school activities is consolidated and developed.

The Youth Union of Quang Tri College of Education has made important contributions to enhancing the prestige and successfully implementing the school's political tasks, as well as great successes in the activities of the Youth Union in the period 2022 - 2024.

With the slogan: “Youth of Quang Tri College of Education: Aspiration – Pioneer – Solidarity – Creativity”, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Tri College of Education sets the target: at least 80% of the members complete their tasks excellently; the school’s Youth Union is classified as completing its tasks well or better. Introduce 10-20 outstanding members to learn Party sympathy and strive for 2 outstanding members to be admitted to the Party each year.

Strive for 30% - 50% of youth union members to practice the title of "5 Good Students"; have 5-7 students achieve the title of "3 Good Students", "5 Good Students" at school, block and provincial levels. Organize 2-3 volunteer movements and activities. 100% of youth union members respond to volunteer movements and activities organized by the higher-level Youth Union. The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Tri College of Education for the 2024-2027 term, consisting of 15 members. Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Thai continued to be elected as Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Tri College of Education for the 2024-2027 term.

On this occasion, many individuals received certificates of merit from the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises and the Youth Union of Quang Tri College of Education for their outstanding achievements in youth union work and youth movements for the 2022-2024 term.
