Hiep Duc Commune Youth Union organized the Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term

On September 9 and 10, Hiep Duc Commune Youth Union held the 1st Congress of Delegates (term 2025 - 2030), with the participation of 145 delegates.

Hiep Duc Commune Youth Union currently has 24 grassroots youth union organizations with 478 members. During the past term, the youth union work and youth movement in Hiep Duc Commune achieved many outstanding results. Propaganda and education work was widely deployed.

The youth volunteer movement has developed strongly with 10 projects and 25 youth tasks to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas worth more than 200 million VND; supporting 15 breeding pigs and 300 chickens for disadvantaged youth; planting 3,000 new trees; implementing many creative models such as "Garbage collection house", "Exchanging plastic waste for trees and gifts".

Social security activities were also focused with a total mobilized resource of over 300 million VND, giving away over 200 gifts, organizing many programs "Volunteer Meals", "Young Volunteer Doctors for Community Health". The work of accompanying young people achieved many practical results, such as supporting learning with a value of nearly 300 million VND in scholarships, loans from the Social Policy Bank through the Youth Union channel increased by 3.7 billion VND (total outstanding debt of over 22 billion VND)...

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Congress has set out the slogan of action "Pioneer - Solidarity - Courage - Creativity - Development", with many important targets: Planting 10,000 new trees; career counseling for 2,000 young people, introducing jobs to 250 young people; supporting at least 1 OCOP product owned by young people; striving for no more young people to be poor household heads by 2030; 100% of union members participating in health insurance; annually introducing at least 20 outstanding union members to the Party, with an admission rate of 80% or more...
